Expiration of the remote maintenance on your PC / Server:

1. Please download the Teamviewer Helpdesk-application.

2. After downloading and running, the screen is shown as on the right side.

3. Tell your S4P Account Manager your "ID" (here "294 318 140")

5. Share with him/her the password (here "4177")

6. Our customer service representative performs the works discussed.

7. At the end of the remote maintenance, simply close the help desk, or delete the program.

Expiration of attending meeting / online demo of S4P:

1. Please download the Teamviewer Helpdesk-application..

2. After downloading and running, the screen is shown as on the right side.

3. Click on "Client-ID/IP"

4. Please enter the mentioned "Meeting ID" (in this case "m") as well as your name. .

5. Accept the connection by clicking "Join"
