Expiration of the remote maintenance on your PC / Server:

1. Please download our S4P helpdesk application.

2. After that open the helpdesk.exe as shown on the right side.

3. Click on "Customer" and the button "Start"

4. Tell your S4P Account Manager your "ID" (here "2355015")

5. Accept the connection by clicking "Okay"

6. Our customer service representative performs the works discussed.

7. At the end of the remote maintenance simply close the help desk, or delete the program.

Expiration of attending meeting / online demo of S4P:

1. Please download the S4P helpdesk application.

2. After downloading and running, the screen is shown as on the right side.

3. Click on "Client-ID/IP"

4. Please enter the mentioned "ID" (in this case "16762978")

5. Accept the connection by clicking "Okay"
