Remote maintenance:
- Please download our helpdesk application here: S4PHelpdesk.exe
- Please execute S4PHelpdesk.exe, the following screen will apear:
- Click at "Customer" and the please press button "Start"
- Please tell your S4P key account manager your "ID" (example here: "2355015")
- Please accept the ingoing connection with "Okay" and the remote maintenance of your PC starts.
